DESCRIPTION:Final-state interactions play an essential role in the analysi
s of nuclear breakup processes in high-energy scattering. They are often
the limiting factor in the physics results coming out of (e\,e’N)\, tagg
ed DIS\, SRC/EMC and other experiments.\n\nA coordinated effort to underst
and/characterize final-state interactions is needed to reach the next leve
l of precision and realize the potential of nuclear breakup measurements.
  In addition\, final-state interactions explore the space-time evolution o
f high-energy scattering and hadronization dynamics and are an object of
research in their own right.\n\nThis meeting is intended to formulate a p
lan for next-level modeling and implementation of FSI in nuclear breakup m
easurements. \n\nWe will discuss the questions:\n\n\n	What reactions and
data are/will be available for investigating FSI and testing models?\n	Wha
t level/precision of FSI modeling will be needed for physics extraction fr
om breakup measurements?\n	What theoretical approaches to FSI are availabl
 e and could/should be developed further?\n\n\nZoom link: https://mit.zoom
