Action items from the next week: 

 

• Eesha and Abraham write a list of parameters missing for the setup conf file

Here we concentrate on reproducing plots of cluster size. Miljenko wrote paper needed for reference, so we can contact him to send us missing setup parameters. We need to have at least one setup that we are confident we set right.

• Eesha and Abraham send the list of parameters for ALPIDE and other conf files that are not confident about. I will try to cross check the values

          Please add comment what each parameters means

• Eesha is doing the analysis script for plotting results needed for cluster size setup. Comments to be added to these scripts so we can easily understand what is being done.

• Abraham and Eesha write README with steps how to run the simulations and reproduce the plots.
