Technical discussions for the ITS3/SVT detector R&D.
https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/merge_requests/1409 (merged), final sdc review
https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/merge_requests/1870 (changed primary delay corner for cts, merged)
https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/merge_requests/1908#note_9332962 - worked on this with Mateo, assertions in the serializer were not evaluated by uvm, fixed now (merged)
Open issue: Started in parallel a congestion analysis (mainly to understand better limits of shrinkage, high congestion reported with 90um shirnked periphery) https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/issues/2047
https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/merge_requests/1921 - shielding of sbb clk was removed during cts, changed shield nets to cover to avoid this - merged
https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/merge_requests/1701 - model regeneration for sbb_lec and sbb_buf, and added modelling of EN bits for the same blocks (adapted the directed tests), - merged
Milestone 5: have 3 issues still open, the rest I closed last week and focused on the above as it was a higher priority.
In general, the implementation is very stable, timing clean. No any issues with these aspects. The only issue I spotted while going through the detailed reports last week are some max transition violations, some of these are ok and can be waived, but some not. Started work on this here https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/issues/2049 and will resume this week.
Next: Milestone 5 closure, and adding power pins to sbb models for power aware simulations https://gitlab.cern.ch/mosaix/mosaix_rtl/-/issues/2140
