      MIT space and dev setup in lab 23:
      - Expandable space and setup (our PS, DMM, PC, FPGAs) for SW development
      - Can take multiple FPGA boards once available, independent resources for MIT devs
      - Can use available tools, monitors, oscilloscopes, + ITS3 support
      - Next to 167, where general MOSAIX testing lab is being set up (we will have access)
