Description

As mentioned before, we need to take a look at our detector work (broadly defined) plans for the next years, in preparation for the DOE proposal. Ideally, we should come away with an overview of schedule, goals/milestones and approximate workforce for each area. There won’t be time for long discussions. Just recapping some obvious topics:

In addition, please keep thinking about AI/ML components of our detector and analysis work, which we will need to emphasize, and new AI/ML ideas/projects that could be part of the renewal proposal or a separate proposal to DOE or elsewhere. We will schedule a discussion around this separately.
